Long story short. I cold approached this girl and managed to build rapport/comfort with her on two separate occasions. I message her and ask her if she wants to go out during the weekend. She agrees to go with me.

I pick a time and message her,

she then says “sorry but there’s an X game/match going on at that time, blah blah blah”. I say “sure how about we go a little later”,

She agrees but says “I’m not really sure if I come or not, I’ll make sure to tell you tho”.

I text her “sure alright” but I take it as a 90% chance of her flaking so i text her like 20 min later saying “hey you wanna go at X time”

She replies with “Omg the game continues at X time (the same time I chose), but I’m definitely down for to hang out at X time (about 2 hours before the game starts and half an hour after the first half of the game finishes).

Essentially giving me around an hour to hang out with her.

Essentially not giving me enough time with her to build more comfort and rapport or giving me the time to properly escalate. Should I still go through with the meet up or should I just cancel it and set another date and time where she’s more free and possibly set up a date with another girl in the mean time. If I should continue with the meet up, should I also go watch the game with her so I can get more opportunities to implement Kino and building comfort or should I just part ways and reinitiate during another meet up ? Any other options would be welcomed
