Something else that I think completely changed the way I interact with people and the success I've had making friends and getting girls was a mindset change.

The change was going from the mindset of "I hope they don't think I'm weird and like me" (which used to put me under huge amounts of pressure and made me more nervous) to a simple attitude of "I'm just going to have fun in this convo and if they don't like me then there's millions of other people to talk to around here" which really helped me gain a lot of self confidence.

It seems like when you aren't the one seeking other's approval, they naturally begin seeking yours which puts you in the drivers seat.

Again, I'm not sure if this is by-the-book pua material but it's just what's given me success and comes from personal experience.

I'd like to also tell you that game was never about getting laid on my end (I've never been one of those guys who was super keen to have sex), it was more about self improvement and the sex came with the improved self as a sort of aide effect
