I've searched around a bit to read about the details of what the 30 day challenge may include. Some are not quite just approach stuff, but like spend the day working on your posture, another day working on making eye contact, that sort of thing.

I like the idea of the direct approach sort of challenges, where you are to approach between one to five women a day depending on the challenge. My question though is how blunt of an approach ought it to be?

I find myself wanting to do the most difficult thing I know where as this is concerned; Walking up to a pretty girl and say "Hey. I just wanted to say you are very beautiful."

That is a hell of a lot harder psychologically than ask some girl if she knows if there's a café around. I wouldn't really be afraid to do that. I'm however extremely reluctant to walking up to girls and say something blunt like that, so what challenges are you familiar with and which ones would you recommend?
