So I am fairly new to the game, and I have been lurking around here lately. I read all of these posts about approaching/picking up a girl that you don't already know. But how about this situation: Say you see a girl in public, and you two know who each other are, but there has never been any type of relationship whatsoever. If anything, there is good chance of negative pre-existing thoughts she has towards you from general talk throughout people your age. Is this girl still approachable? If so, are the dynamics of creating the attraction any different?
