Now just wanted to make things clear from the start its my opinion and you are free to jist throw it out of the window. This habit is a well known one its honesty yeah its an easy one but we are stray from it (in my case at least but that was in the past). Now the honesty that I'm talking about it not the one where you never lie lets face it we got to lie in somecases like throwing a birthday party but be honest in more dangours stuff it would be best to talk them out in the beginning.

Anyway the one i really mean is when we make promises and we dont follow up on them(im guilty of that) it will come as your just like everyone else you make empty promises. But imagine someone promising something or telling you he will do something and actually do it everytime. How much would his value be raisen in your heart.

So when you say you will do something or promise you will do something know that you will have to do it no matter what happens. And no matter who you said you will do it to because if you didnt do it once you wont do it another time and eventually you will stop and return to giving empty promises.

Tldr: when you say you will do something, do it.
