Do you struggle with your looks?

After reflecting on my own lack of confidence, I thought it would be good to share a story about my unfortunate childhood trauma. I'm 29 years old now, and it seems crazy to think I've been hiding my true self all this time. Here is my talk.

I hope lessons of self-acceptance can be gained from it. Anyone here who is dealing with feelings of ugliness or self-doubt would find this useful.

On another note: I find that humour and self-deprecation are really helpful for personal confidence. Does anyone else feel that way?
