Greetings fellas. So I've been keeping a journal where I jot down my thoughts after any "seduction" effort I make. Three years ago I was scared to even talk to girls. Last night I took home a girl that I invited out from my apartment complex and kissed her a few times on our first meetup.

Yet I was still dissappointed because all the MPUA's always emphasize the sex-close. I know mentally that I could have had sex with her, but I didn't. But this was only the second time I'd ever kissed a girl on a date, and this time I kissed her three times instead of once with the last girl. The moral of the story here is that confidence with women is like a muscle, it is built slowly through repetition.

Don't be angry with yourself if you didn't make two steps of progress in an interaction from your last time. Your progress should be methodic and linear. That's normal. I've noticed this pattern of slow and steady growth with women. It's OK to take time to feel comfortable with yourself making progress with women. Take pride in your accomplishments and don't focus on what you didn't do. Focus on what your next step to greatness is and take it.
