Hey dude, you’re doing fine. This girl specifically sounded like she just wanted someone to hook up with, and since you stopped and said you can’t do it, this chick probably just moved on to the next guy that would hook up with her. If you are only looking for a fuck, either lock the door so people can’t come in, or be comfortable with the possibility that people might walk in. If you can’t lock the door and you’re not comfortable with the possibility that people can walk in on you bangin’ some chick out, that’s okay too my man. You didn’t do anything wrong by setting boundaries, and you shouldn’t feel like there’s something wrong with you if she loses interest in that situation. A girl hooking up with you or not doesn’t determine your value.
I used to get anxiety after I drank and partied when I was younger. I realized it was because I was worried about what other people thought of me because I wasn’t comfortable in my own skin. When I drank I became the truest version of myself, and when people saw that I was afraid they were gonna judge me. I’m not saying that’s what’s up with you, but it might be.
As far as “fixing it” I don’t have a one size fits all fix. High school is hard because you want to fit in, and blend into this sort of center median where everyone does what’s considered cool or popular. It took me years to really be comfortable being myself all the time. Now when I go party, I don’t have any anxiety afterwards. My true self doesn’t “come out” since I’m always me.
I don’t know if any of that is gonna ring true for you, but I wish you luck and don’t overthink it my man. It’s all gravy.

Holy shit man. No, don't feel bad. Actually just last night I had a blast dancing with a girl at a club. We had some drinks spent probably 45 minutes together.
We part ways a little later and I see her dancing with someone, so when she was done I went up to her to bring her near me and she literally waved me off. Like "shew fly, don't bother me", waved her hand at me to leave lol.
Like, "bitch, I just paid for a couple if your drinks an hour ago. Fuck you" lol.
I said fuck it and went and found someone else. Lol. I was out trying to be a new, confident me and just decided that wasn't gonna get me down.
Your situation was definitely a few steps further along than mine so yeah that does really suck, but she clearly was just trying to make sure she got laid that night.
Keep your head up and keep on grinding, man.
