Find out when your parents are leaving home and when they are returning home. So that in between, you can invite a woman over and do whatever.

Make sure the days when they are absent is consistent. Pick a really good day.

Why can't you invite a girl home even if you live w/ parents? If she's in the mood, she'll go just about anywhere. I have a friend who lived in a tiny little room with a shared bathroom (his own place though), dirty as heck, and brought girls there all the time.
