Classic AFC here, lurker for a bit over a month now, hardcore AA. Been going to eat at a place by work alone for a bit over a week now. Waitress is quite cute, had little talks here and there, but haven't spotted any clear IOI. Anyways, today went to pay with a card, and they couldn't add the tip to it (had no cash) so she says don't worry about it, I say next time then. So I'm thinking next time, same situation, I ask her what time she gets off work then I will say something along the lines of how about I buy you coffee instead. Any advice if this is any good, or if I should do something else? Also I love to eat at this place so don't want to get rejected and then have to go back there all the time. Thoughts?
