Start talking about your husband around him every chance you get. If you confront him about the flirting things could go less then well let's say. If you go to HR you could be messing with his lively hood. Husband talk is an instant boner killer and he'll take the hint.

He could be generally just looking you in the eyes like he would to everyone. I'm a bit confused on what kind of advice you're looking for. If you dont want to cheat on your husband then dont. If you do plan on cheating on him just leave him then do it. That's my advice.

Have you talked to your man about the sex stuff? To me, sex is quite important in a relationship, if I were you I would find some sort of a compromise, if you cant find one then I would be honest and leave him. Best of luck
We have. Believe me. It will 5 yrs in November. There is no more say. I have thru all possible emotions/ phases. Have had hundreds of talk. I am not even looking for answers any longer. We have a beautiful daughter...and i guess that's it. She wants needs both of us. I will do what i have to do so she is happy. I am extremely frustrated ...yes. So frustrated that i guess people possibly pick up on it ?
