Ditch your thinking pattern. Interactions (all of them) are not carried by what is said, but by how you say it.

You could talk about abortion and religion and make it funny and lighthearted, and you could talk about your favorite cartoon and make it boring, hostile or awkward.

Make a connection. Elaborate on said connection, encouraging her to do the same. Just today, I was talking to a girl, and it turns out we were both from the same state. We told each other stories and stuff. Don't forget to close. Escalate if you are in the right environment.

If you have exhausted everything interesting in your life within a night, you should reassess your life. Literally talk about anything. I had an hour long conversation about shampoo one time. If talking lulls, move on to "Hey let's go do this". Hanging out shouldn't be just a series of interrogations or biography readings. You don't know shit about who someone really is within a month, much less a night.
