Nah you already put in the leg work in person. I'm not the guy who says only text for logistics. Well tbh i feel like this is fucked from the beginning. She flaked you and might not even be showing interest so why are you set on keeping it going ? Life happens and it might not have been her fault genuinely but you should only spend your time on girls that give you the fuck yes not the girls that you need to convince her just to hangout bc the chances are it won't go anywhere. So yes dont bother with chit chat. You shouldnt be trying to "warm her up to you" again. She either wants to move forward or doesnt. Lead and suggest another date and if she says no. Next.

Just give it time. Like you said, she might be busy. If she doesn’t get back to you in a week then just move on ‘cause she’s clearly not interested at that point. But don’t ask her a third time because that would definitely come off as needy.
