Hello, I recently stumbled across this community and have started going through recent posts and sidebar. I'm a silent, observant type of guy and i want to boost my confidence. I saw one of the popular threads saying how you should have a confident mindset, sort of like "fake it until you make it" type of thingby repeating some sentences.

I would like some help on what sentences I can repeat because all i can come up with is a "i'm better than this guy" statement which i feel will simply give me an asshole attitude instead of a confident one. What do you say to yourself? Any tips or reading material would be appreciated.

Edit: i also read a thread talking about being a value giver. Can anyone expand on this?
