So I've run into this problem recently with passing on potential approaches, with second guessing myself and talking myself out of doing an approach. It's part approach anxiety, and also part self-doubt.

For example, I see a girl that is attractive to me, but then I rationalize not talking to her as that she's too old for me, walking to fast, bad body language, no eye contact etc. How can I change this mindset. FWIW, I only really approach attractive/cute girls, so it's rare I approach a random "average" girl, so maybe I am being picky, though I always "shoot for the stars", per say. It's just that despite approaching tons of attractive women in the past, it's mostly not the AA that comes up, it's the second guessing myself that hurts me here.

How can I get out of this mental funk?
