Your behavior is far more important than looks.
Your text game is probably non-existent.

I appreciate the quality response, I completely agree and expressing sexual interest and even basic small talk has always been a struggle for me. I’ve burned countless sets by not being up front with my intentions. I find that unless the girl is engaging online I don’t have the drive to continue the conversation and most of them are boring as fuck. I guess I struggle most to find a topic to discuss as an opener.

We all start somewhere. You just started on harder level than most. And it has to be frustrating to get matches and then lose them.
The next match you get, you only get 3 texts.

I have no problem removing anyone that doesn’t respond in 24hrs, I just hate removing a ton then having tinder show me no one. Gonna be hitting the bars tonight and trying some night game for the first time in almost a year

I think you should find a way to work less hours for now and have a period of immersion where you go out almost every night and talk to people just to sharpen up your conversational skills. Also you could try cold approaching aswell
