This girl wanted to hang out, so I invited her to come with me and some friends to this art/music walk in a nearby city. She couldn't go because she has to go to a baby shower. However, there was a change of plans and now we are leaving around 5pm instead of 11AM because it actually doesn't start until the evening. Should I tell her we are leaving at 5 instead, or does that make me seem to interested in her being involved? Did I miss my chance the first time when I said we were leaving around 11?

The reason I ask is because I just don't want it so seem like I am saying "maybe you'll be back in time and can go now", if you know what I mean, because that would be kind of weird and needy.
