Texting game is interesting to read about in the seduction subreddit. They have a different view than I do. They say to text minimally and only to make plans. In my experience, this way of texting is too successful in securing a first date. I get plenty of first dates this way, then they end up flaking when it comes to a second date. To prevent this, I turn to texting meaningless conversation. That way, the flakes drop out because they do not want to invest in the conversation, and only the ones who are actually interested stay on. Consider this: haven't the women who have been most into you been the ones interested in having a conversation over text? Whereas the flakes who gave you their number for whatever reason, they drop out once they see they have to invest in the relationship. So yes, you will get fewer first dates if you go for meaningless babble before making plans, but I guarantee you those first dates will be more meaningful.
