try to open up more around people. im 17 definitely not the most social or talkative person and i got some major social anxiety but if you’re hanging out with a girl you’re interested in, just be yourself around her. be honest, just talk to her like she’s a dude i guess (be appropriate). tell some jokes, try to make her laugh, ask her genuine questions that show you actually want to know more about her.

i feel like a problem with lots of guys now a days is they view women as like a separate species almost that they have to act a certain way around to impress or “attract” or some shit. i definitely thought like that a few years ago and since i’ve realized it, and consciously tried to stop it, i have way more female friends and a gf. you don’t need to be super jacked or fit, you don’t need to have some stupid pickup line to charm her or make her “attracted to you”. just be yourself and try to put yourself out there a lil more, and remember women are no different from you or i

ps it also helps to take care of yourself, not sure what you look like so if you think you can step up your grooming/clothing game, that will help. smell nice, brush your teeth, basic shit like that. hope i was helpful :)
