Loads of people have moved from the mystery type seduction of being able to close every chick at the club to mark mansons model (lame pun, but read his book 'models') of being a better, vulnerable man that has values and sticks to them. Where meeting women is placed second to the wellbeing of the man himself. Pro's of the 'old' method are that you're able to sex anything and talk to anyone, pro's of the 'newer' method are that you won't sex absolutely anyone but you'll get with women that suit you without sacrificing your own idea's. I personally enjoy the newer methods since I just do not get that much pleasure out of one-night-standing the uni barsluts anymore. If you're looking for a nice LTR again I'd definetely recommend mansons book. If you wanna get laid alot I'd say read the mystery method again. Note that both methoda can be used to get a LTR or ONS's, I just feel they both do one job better than the other.

The Mating Grounds podcast with Tucker Max and Dr. Geoff Miller. Takes a scientific/evolutionary psychology approach to dating and sexuality. He has guests from scientists and entrepreneurs and 85% of podcasts give great actionable advice and stuff to think on.

I wont say he shits on the PUA community, but he has reservations about the "game" mentality.
