So I keep having this issue where I'll meet a girl, she'll be fairly interested in me, and then lose interest within a few days regardless of what I say or if I even got her number. I've slowly been learning, like for instance when this girl I met a few weeks ago was super into me and gave me her number at work, but the following week started make mean faces at me and avoiding me because I never called her (I was busy with school.....and yugioh). So far I've learned not to wait to initiate, to approach within 3 seconds, and be upfront and direct with my intentions. I'm still learning how to pull off that last one without coming off as a creep but I'm getting there.

But I was wondering if someone could tell me where I went wrong with this other girl I also met at work. A coworker of mine told me that she was "looking for me" and when I talked to her the next day she was very talkative and everything. I didn't ask her out because I was again busy with my finals and low on cash so I just said, "we should hang out sometime" and she said" "okay bet". I didn't see her for a whole week because our schedules are different and when I saw her tonight she was very quiet when I went to talk to her and she acted like she didn't wanna speak. When we took our break she was on her phone the whole time so I just gave up and decided not to even bother with her anymore and divert my attention to anothet girl that's been talking to me for a while (probably screwed that up now that I think about it).

Now in my opinion maybe she was in a bad mood or something or she seeing someone else but I just wanted to see what you all think since I'm struggling to get past the initial attraction stage. I can approach a girl, I can get the number, and maybe get one date but that part rarely happens and if it does the girl gets bored with me 2 to 3 days later. And like I said I try to do what A.M.S said on YouTube, which is to shut my damn mouth and not say much, and if I do get to the point of what I want. Thanks everyone!
