My real estate holdings have done well over the last decade and we're setting up for a dip which means it's finally time to buy my castle. For me that means a penthouse with ocean views from 2 sides, large balcony area, glass and sunlight all around etc. I've walked it and at least to me it has a certain feeling of freedom, of being "at the top of the world." It's about 340 sqm which is pretty damn big too

Does this kind of thing have an big impression on chicks or is it 90% looks and game with them? Also, would you guys spend money on professional interior decoration?
