I’m a bit confused. This girl and I have followed each other on Instagram for about 3 years. We have mutual friends btw. I’ve always been interested but I didn’t want to approach through her dm and she had a boyfriend. They’ve been broken up for quite a while now.

We’ve had multiple conversations over the year’s and About a month ago I asked her out and she accepted but later realized that she had to work so I said maybe next time. She apologized and wrote a huge paragraph so I got the vibe that she was actually sorry. I told her that I’m busy on the times she tried to reschedule ( I actually was) . After this she’s been replying to my stories and saying how funny I am. Sometimes sending heart eyes.

I tried again about a week ago but she said she already had plans on the date/time I chose. I brushed it off and now she’s been dming me even more than before telling me how hilarious I am When the stuff I said wasn’t even funny.

Does she want me to ask her out again or does she just want attention? 3 times is ridiculous in my opinion but I’m very interested in her. She’s a very humble person so I don’t peg her as the type to just want attention but I’m not sure..

Should I indirectly tell her to set a date or should I just ask again or just leave her alone altogether?
