I just posted on instagram for the first time in years and this girl i used to talk to commented ‘🙇‍♀️😫’ so idk if those emojis mean anything but if they dont then i got myself gassed for nothing. We used to talk to eachother a couple of months back but then she became inactive and had slow replies so i just left it. She’s just OUUUF and another guy liked her recent pics but she doesnt follow him yet so im good for now. how do i got about reengaging conversation with her and even meet up with her to go some place to eat or something idk how these things work.

Any help in escalating and moving things further between us would be 😩
