Put in some reading & work before asking questions that have been addressed, like: * How do I approach? * How do I get a number? * How do I talk to girls at college? * How/When do I kiss a girl? * Does this really work?
As for the last one, it is an answered question. There have been many posts on physical limitations over the years, including this one. No need to re-ask it.

Say hi, shake her hand. Ask some general question. Listen to her answer. Ask more questions and make statements related to her answer. Rinse&repeat.
If she didn't provide you with enough material ask maybe 1-2 more general questions. If she doesn't engage with you and provides only super short answers -she's not interested, say bye.

I’m not a big fan of compliments.
To determine if i should compliment a girl, I ask myself if i’d compliment a dude with the same feature, if not -then the girl won’t hear it as well.
Maybe with an exception of some high risk-high reward sexual compliments like ‚nice ass’. But i would use them ONLY when the girl is clearly on the same page with me and there is a LOT of heavy flirting and naughty banter involved. Not something i would ever approach with.
That being said some dudes use more compliments than i do, and swear it works for them, so who knows.
