what does it mean when men don’t make eye contact? I’ve worked at this small factory about two and half years now and I’m the only woman on the plant floor plus I’m the only maintenance tech on my shift. So I should have to communicate a lot with others but mostly the bosses or managers will just avoid me and if they can’t do that then I notice when they speak to me they won’t make eye contact- it’s weird and confusing. Like, I don’t know if it’s because of the me2 BS but I’m definitely not one of those and I don’t get offended over everything. Other than that, not sure what it could be.
