I think OP is talking about some tenets that make women attractive to men. So, basically if the traits of "not seeking men", "being overall excellent" and "not being available all the time" work for guys. That's just my interpretation, though.

That saying looks to me like all the other "self help" memes with a top 40 music artist in the back round doing something dramatic, like holding a dove. Those are just superficial values, social values that don't really have much roots in natural law. I'd say the values that great men have been following are far more superior then those, such as industry, humility, respect ("the golden rule") is far more valueable and concrete then those.
