I don’t think you would have much luck with that. It’s not safe for girls to go off with men who they haven’t evaluated on some level for being unlikely to be a sadistic maniac. Dispensing with social mores puts you on the wrong side of that evaluation and on top of that, refusing to submit yourself for evaluation puts you off the table even if she might otherwise be interested. Saying yes and then changing her mind is basically asking for trouble so your strategy basically removes any option to say yes. There is also the fact that if a girl says yes to sex with a stranger, she has to face the consequences in terms of self respect and social disapproval which is not nothing.

TL;DR: I'll offer some solutions and alternatives at #4
1
Being completely direct
There's a common misunderstanding about what being "direct" means.
You're still dealing with a social interaction between two people. Being direct doesn't mean being tone deaf and skipping over the actual social interaction, hoping the other person won't notice the awkwardness and clumsiness of it all.

As time has gone by I really just can't be fucked playing games and following all these steps anymore. I've got to the stage where it is time consuming, I just feel like hard and fast interactions
YOU feel like it. And I get that, but this sentiment of your frustration, doesn't mean others have turned into mannequins who no longer socially interact. Just because you want a thing, doesn't mean you get to skip over the social interaction.
What you're suggesting is like a guy saying that he wants money, but he's tired of working, so he's just going to walk into a bank and ask the teller to give him some. Direct. Also skipping over a lot of steps that people don't like skipping over.
You're unintentionally trying to justify asking for a woman to give you something, without offering her anything. Worse, in skipping over the social interaction, you're actively taking away from her.

As simple as Opener: You're hot. Closer: wanna fuck? If Yes great, if No then thats okay i'm on to the next.
As simple as
Opener: You're hot. Closer: wanna fuck?
If Yes great, if No then thats okay i'm on to the next.
A metaphor will help here. This is not too dissimilar to a certain kind of sales interaction. No one is going to just give you their credit card number, and there's a social interaction you need to get through before someone will trust you and be convinced they want to do that.
"You're hot," is like walking up to a potential customer and saying, "You look rich." And in both cases, the message is that they have something you want. Which says a couple of unintentional things:
Back to the metaphor, "Wanna fuck" is like asking for a customer's credit card information WAY too early, and does a few unintentional things also:
4: One Possible Normal Flow of Things
Here a very general description about a more helpful mindset when it comes to meeting people. You don't need lines, or memorized steps. We'll start with a few basic principles:
Social interactions can easily start with some sort of opener based on the experience you're already sharing with the people around you:
The basic summary is this: pay attention and be captain obvious about things happening around you, and actively listen to people so you can ask follow up questions about what people say.
