I am looking for mindset and habits that I should internalize. However, I don't want these to be limited to PUA scene but also to self-improvement in general. I now believe especially after reading this subreddit silently, the mindset that I develop for general self-improvement will also help me in seduction since this forum talks mostly about the inner game.

I am looking for a general book that is 70% mindset in general life but can also be applied 30% to seduction world too. I want to see what habits should I learn and what mindset should I internalize.
