So a friend of mine has set me up with a blind date for a party we are going to next week. For the party we've arranged VIP tickets as we got directly invited by the DJ playing his new release there so there should be plenty opportunities to DHV (knowing the DJ, being VIP, ...). My friend assures me the girl is quite hot so HB7 at least (as we sometimes have different tastes) but should be good.

Anyway the friend has given me little information on the girl besides a basic description but now dumped the girl's phone number on me. I'm contemplating doing a bit of text game on her but would like to know what you guys think about this. Text game is by no means easy but perhaps I can meet up with her before the blind date, get things going and own the party :)

I would open with something like this: "So you are my blind date for next week? Better prepare, I tend to bite!"
