Brazil - Florianópolis

I'm 39M Italian and moving to Florianópolis (Campeche) in September. I'm fluent in Portuguese, married and I'm in an open relationship. Do you have suggestions in general on how the scene is over there, how and how not to approach and places to meet girls?

I'm looking for hook ups or friends with benefits / short term relationships. Admittedly my game is awful, I have a lot of approach anxiety but I figure this is my chance to put myself out there and finally step out of my comfort zone. I'm getting old!
