Honestly, the best advice for a trip like that is enjoy it and have a great time. Girls will notice you and your friends are down to party and have an awesome time, if you are actually having an awesome time. Which, a bro holiday in Spain, I can't imagine you could have a bad time. So my best advice is have fun, socialize, and when you approach/meet girls feed them that natural energy you'll have from being on vacation with your buddies and I bet you'll get laid. Main points, have fun regardless if you get laid or not, be a social butterfly, and when you talk to girls, feed them the fun positive vibes your experiencing from being on an awesome vacation.

As a spanish myself, i ask, where exactly are you going? North and South is very different, so the approach is different. Spanish is not needed, believe me, i live in a very touristic island (Gran Canaria). Ask whatever you want!
