Read Models and No More Mr Nice Guy, both are cheap to buy on the Kindle store and you can read both in an afternoon. They didn't turn me into a Lothario, I still get rejected plenty, but they still helped me get started during a time I had zero idea how to date.
Self improvement. Both the above books advise this. If your average evening is spent watching Netflix or playing video games, you need to get out and get more hobbies. A guy who has a lot going on in life and who is also enjoying it will become more attractive to everyone. Lift also. Staying in shape makes a strong difference.
Relax. Everyone struggles with dating. Ignore your buddies who claim they've banged 100s of people, they're lying. Don't make dating success the focus of your life or you'll find yourself bitter and burnt out, like I assume you are now. That's all I can advise. If you were a little more specific, everyone else could've helped more. Good luck bro
