Is she just sending selfies? Are they related to you and things you snap or are they only about her and things she does? Basically, are you in a dialogue with her, or not.
If the former, then keep talking.
If the latter, you might have screwed the pooch by asking for a coffee (i.e. date) before developing any interest on her part.

yeah they kinda are. called her kitty. she send one sayin meow written. and a couple not related. Although i asked her once very early said now. now after a few days i did it again she said no. (screwed up the first time)

Your shot's probably gone. If anything, you could have said, "If you don't know me why are you sending me pictures of you" or something along those lines (dismissive), to show her that you don't really care. Desperation = death
yet. shes saying that she wants to have a deeper conversation before meeting.

met her at the library, talked a little about exams. 2 days. last day asked her insta. then texted her randon stuff, next day asked her for a drink. says no. text 3 more dore intresting stuff as much as i could have sexted with what she was saying but was afraid to do so. asked her today said NO shes sendin me selfies of hersels calling her kitty and she fully acepting it...etc

Yeah no she already said no to you twice. Move on, block her if necessary (probably better to just delete her and not block imo)
