Hey Seddit, I wanted to run my game by you as I have a new prospect and this would be the first time using several ideas/techniques from you guys.

Background: Went to the orientation meeting for a hospital in doing volunteer work for them. I was one of the first people to sit down and not directly next to me, but the second chair over a HB7 sat down when she could have picked several other seats. I decided to play it off for a good amount of time and didnt look her way or aknowledge immediately (for a good 45 min). The meeting broke for a break and when she sat back down, she let out an audible sigh. I asked out loud "long day?" and we chatted for a few minutes, her mentioning that she recently moved to the city and has never lived here before or in the state in general. I pulled out a piece of paper, wrote a list of places to see (ex: Such and such park for outdoor fun) and slipped the piece of paper next to her and said "you should visit these places" and then focused my attention back to the meeting. Right when the meeting was wrapping up, I saw her write her name and number on a piece of paper and she gave it to me with a "Thanks for the suggestions" and a big smile. I took seddits advice and about an hour after the meeting I started a text conversation, as follows

(1 hour after the meeting-Thursday)

Me: "Hey this is X from Hospital. I'll give you a shout here soon if your up for a small tour of "City" and maybe a drink?"

Her: "Hey X, that sounds awesome. I would love a tour and a drink"

Me: Cool

2 Days Later (Today - Saturday).

Me: Hey, happy saturday! I'm going to be in X City with some free time Friday Evening. You still up for that tour?

Her: yes that sounds perfect, friday sounds great

Me: Ok Cool. I was figuring about 6:30-7pm

Her: Sounds great to me

Me: See you then :)
