Hi Seddit, In preparation for my third night out of sarging tonight I have been reading some older PUA literature and have noticed distinct evolution in game theory corresponding to different era's. To avoid rambling and to give this post structure, I will split it into two parts my understanding of the evolution of PUA, and the impact of this evolution on modern game theory. There was the era before PUA was popularized, where guys would just go out to pick up girls at bars, and through social circle, basically all of time before internet forums. This was followed by the initial wave of PUA when online lairs just started out, and theories on how to meet women and get laid began. This period was followed by what many consider to have been a golden age of PUA, peaking around the project hollywood in The Game and ending at the release of the game by Neil Strauss, which made PUA mainstream. In this era it appeared the legends could use bold new techniques such as peacocking and negging, which where new at the time to easily get any HBB. This is when many of the legends where created. Following this was the renessance where just about everyone tried PUA and women became saturated with openers and canned routines, reducing the efficacy of PUA. Then we have the modern era of tinder, and online dating which has given HBBs even more options to get laid with high quality men, combined with them having been saturated with thousands of approaches. In the modern era at any decent nightclub there are at a minimum of a few PUA spam approaching all the HBB there, who also have the option to get laid online whenever they want. Are there any veterans who have first hand accounts of the history of PUA throughout its evolution, and what did you do to evolve with these changes? Is the only solution to run extreme numbers game, with heavy escalation and hard core screening while running nightgame? Any input would be great, Thanks, SeverlyRetarded
