So Ill put it bluntly. This girl is really hot yet I feel she is "all there" too(a great thing in college). Anyway, I dont know how to approach her. I know her name(she doesnt know me at all) and I just want to get to know her. Im not in it for sex or anything else, I am just looking for a nice friend, maybe even a girlfriend(a serious relationship, not fuck and go) Any advice on how to introduce myself or how to approach her? I dont live on campus(she does) and I dont really go to many parties(at all).

I should add that this isnt really a question specifically about this girl, I just want to know generally what I would do in this situation. In essence, how do I approach a girl in a college of 1.5-5K people and she doesnt know who I am?
