Well, the school year has started once again. Some of my classes have TA (Teacher's Assistants), and a lot of them are really quite cute! I was wondering if anyone had some experience with this type of game. I would know what to do if I just met these girls out and about, but them being the TA really adds another dynamic to it, which I think makes it more difficult. I guess the main question I'm asking is how to get them out of the "teacher" type mindset, and more into the romantic, playful/flirty mindset. I guess the technique might be similar to approaching a hired gun, but in this case the girl wasn't hired for her looks.

Some of the TAs are graduate students, and some are undergrad, so I'm interested in any advice regarding either category. I'm an undergrad myself so there could also be some more complication in the case of GTAs (graduate teaching assistants).
