Courage is what you need. Someone posted on Reddit long ago:

I can't tell right now the link, but that post made my day and changed my perspective about approaching girls. Once I beat those 30 seconds, everything is great. If she likes me, I keep going on. If she dislikes me I move on to another girl. Hope this helps you.

You should practice talking to girls that have to be nice to you so you can build up some confidence. Maybe go talk to a cashier or waitress or get a Virtual Girlfriend from VGirlfriends.com. They’re real girls that will text you back all day
