Alright, this is my first seddit post, but it's a view of the world I've found helpful in many areas of life:
Humans are inherently social creatures. We want to know other people, and want others to truly know us. The thing is, as we grow up, we have our own fears, or insecurities, or just see shit in the world that makes us build a wall around ourselves. But no matter how thick this wall is, at the core, we really do want to connect with others.
If you go out, assume that others want to connect. Let down your wall so others know you are comfortable with them (get rid of AA, converse openly and freely, etc), and then make it easy for them to let down their wall around you. One benefit is that it reframes handling shit tests as helping them break down their wall so they can get to know you. If you do this, you will provide genuine in their lives, whether its a friend, a stranger, or a girl you want to pick up.
there doesn't seem to be anything here
