I work at a hospital with hot nurses and end up in elevators with a lot of people. What are some things I can say to cause attraction and strike up a conversation with these nurses. Most either seem busy or just completely uninterested. I have trouble getting past "how's your day going" "good." I need something's to get there attention. Any help or tips?
