I have the same problem. Frequently, there will be girls who are acting just slightly different, many of them just don't know how to flirt.

You have to say something. The guy who speaks up and acts is the one who gets the first round pick. There's a knack to it, I'm not going to lie, but if you direct your entire focus to listening to her, and what she says when you talk with her, and converse with another human.. That's all you're doing.

When you get into trouble is when you start trying to think of something to say. If you're in your head thinking, then you aren't listening, you aren't sharing the idea she is trying to convey. (especially if it's boring as shit, I tune out right away. With enough practice, you can even listen to boring girls). It will come, just listen. And when you think of something to say to her, wait a heartbeat longer, double check. Give her a moment to say something else.

How do you give chase? By doing it. Decide that this girl is one that you want to pursue, and pursue her. If she's not interested, stop. Why pursue a woman who doesn't like you? Find someone who is as interested to listen and learn about her as she is about you.

It really is about connection, and it starts with listening. There are degrees of women, but all of them enjoy sharing the narrative about themselves that most of them have going. You have to pry a little bit. How do you act interested?

By being interested. Ask questions about her, and listen for what to ask next. If you jump right into a story about yourself, and how you relate to her, it ruins it, it's totally jumping the gun. You have to be patient enough to let her ask about you. And then, dole it out slowly. It creates mystery.
