Creating conversation after learning the basics about someone

A conversation requires two or more people who are interested in speaking to each other. If you are having a hard time talking to this girl, and she isn't offering any questions or topics, then she is either hard to talk to, nervous, or not interested. I'm a social guy, and with the right person, I can talk for hours. However, often when I work my second job, I am stuck with either the obnoxious manager, who only talks about how great he is, his past accomplishments, or his world of achievements, or his equally unpleasant roommate, who is about as fun to talk to as eating nails. That being said, if I work with anyone else there, we talk for hours on end. Sometimes you need to consider the person you are talking to.

How would you talk to your friends? Do that. Escalate sexually. Add Kino.
