I'm no expert, but assume they are already interested. Focus on that one girl that catches your eye, make physical contact with her. If she isnt being responsive, move on. The worst thing that can happen is she tells you to leave her alone, which you do.

Take the initiative every time. If they are dancing next to you bump your hips together. It's not confrontational but you are establishing touch. Grab her hand and spin her. Etc

You want to know if a girl is interested because you fear rejection.

Stop fearing rejection and just ask. You literally never know.
