Your still pretty young, and there will likely be no alcohol on this date. So I wouldn't suggest just having dinner with her.

Do something interactive with her that allows you to kino easily / naturally. I'd suggest something like: mini-golf or bowling. Afterwards or beforehand you can go for dinner if your both hungry.

For example, on a bowling date, you can take breaks, sitting next to her and placing your hand on her lower back. This will warm her up for the k-close. Mini-golf, same thing, take a break here and there sitting on a bench or whatever, kino properly.

wear => try to wear as nice as possible without making you uncomfortable, for instance I may look nicer with a shirt than with just jeans and T-shirt. However I look even nicer in a tuxedo. But in a tuxedo I won't feel natural anymore and that will effect how I act (less relaxed and uncomfortable) so it would hurt my game. Therefore I will pick the shirt.

eat => eat something you both like, also try not to go for a meal that is too heavy

k-close => make it clear you are interested, escalate kino, if she's interested and you don't go overboard it shouldn't be a problem. I won't go any deeper but if this is a choke point for you I suggest reading the relevant material in the sidebar.

general advice => don't act to different then usual around her, she will notice if you're forcing yourself and will feel uncomfortable. Keep the conversation light and make her laugh. If she drifts towards serious or sombre subjects steer it away. Serious can be interesting but if you hit a major difference in opinion and have a argument it will hurt your chances later in the evening. Also never let her get seperated from you. Sit next to her in the restaurant, don't move out of the way to let people walk between you and her, etc.
