Is your Tinder profile authentic? I mean, do you look exactly like in the photos? Do you have the same kind of vibe as your Tinder persona? A good place to start.

If it is more or less an accurate representation of who you are then it must be that you mess something up during the dates. Writing a holistic dating guide here makes no sense so why don’t you tell us a bit more about how your dates go?

Tinder girls (most online girls) are notorious for being flakey and ghosting. It could be she thought you looked better in pictures, she was bored wanted attention/validation, or a wide variety of reason. Try to meet girls from groups, through friends and events. These girls won't be meeting you for the first time and usually will have more things in common.
Change your dates to activities. I started getting a lot of second dates when I stopped taking girls to the movies or out to eat. Ice skating, the arcade or something with live music works well. Anything that makes you not force conversations and makes you focus on a task. I noticed girls were a lot more relaxed and excited. Women are very social when you show her a good time she tells all her friends about it and the encourage her to see you again. When she has fun with you she'll want to it again.
You're not making a move. Let me as clear as possible. If you're building rapport and she's comfortable you should be escalating. If you want to sleep with her you can't be scared to touch her. Try to hold her hand or kiss her. (only do this if she seems interested and you're having good conversations) You don't want the date to end in an awkward one arm hug you want to aim for a kiss.

Basic dos: Show a genuine interest and getting to know her, let her do a lot of the talking. start the date off with a hug. stay out of your own head and appear relaxed. Smile and enjoy yourself.

basic don'ts: Don't be outcome dependent. Don't focus on making sure she had a good time you worry about yourself having a good time. Don't be negative and don't force it. Don't be overeager to take her on another date give her time to process things. If she wants to see you again she'll make it obvious.

You won't be compatible with every girl you go on date with and that's fine. The focus should be to get to know each other and have a good time. Do your best to not show any weakness or desperation. Be confident, authentic and show that you're a high-value guy then the second dates will come easy.
