Stop taking things personally. People are focused on themselves. They are not directing conversations to tease you or make you feel bad.
Don’t participate in these types of conversations since you don’t want to. Walk away, change the topic, or simply say you’d rather not talk about these things.

idk if this will help, but the sex these women are having probably sucks.
They may be bringing it up as a flex. Or it's on their minds and they're just chatting. I'd be surprised if they were flirting. "I banged this other guy" isn't the sexiest thing in the world. Or the surest-fire strategy.
How am I supposed to know the difference?
It's not your job to be psychic. If you're attracted to someone, and they've already chosen to socialize with you, then make a move. Just prepare beforehand by figuring out what you want (just sex, a relationship, whatever) and making a plan to socially and emotionally deal with rejection.
