They are disgusted and repulsed by it, unless she is a dark triad predator than she views you as vulnerable prey to extract something from, usually narcissistic supply or monetary things.

Can confirm from an ex a long time ago when I was naive. She ended up probably being histrionic/narcissistic and attempted to ruin my reputation and get me jumped after I broke up with her
Luckily, it backfired on her because nobody could corroborate her lies and she ended up having to transfer to a different college.

Omg itβs my fantasy π I want a guy so into me that he knows all of my intimate details. I want him to stalk my phone, I want him to know every freckle on my body, I want to be completely known and loved.

This does not sound healthy.
I would say that in a sexual, kink, or playful manner. That yes, this might be up someone's alley.
But if this a actual thing, serious, "I'm Obsessed with you. Haha, isn't that crazy!?"
Then yeah, that's not healthy for anyone and I think you need to mature emotionally.

You should be obsessed...
With your mission in life.
Women love it when you want them, but have your own mission that you are utterly dedicated to.
She wants to come along for the ride. She does not want to be the ride itself.

It's OK to be interested, but NEVER obsessed. Trust me, if you get obsessed, you will feel 1 million times worse when she leaves. Realize that you must have your own life so you don't destroy yourself mentally.

Obsessive behaviour is suffocating to healthy individuals.
Women (even men, or any party in platonic friendships) flee from obsessive behaviour because they do not want to feel responsible for another party's happiness and mental stability.
Independence is attractive. It should be abundantly clear that you are happy in yourself and do not need another person to complete you. You should have a clear identity, goals, and personal interests.
Women who are attracted to obsessive behaviour our are usually co-dependent themselves (weak sense of self, prone to fall for love-bombing, makes the relationship their identity) or narcissistic (looking for someone to give them constant emotional labour and adoration).
