I actually just made a post about this a few days ago where people use vagueness as a tool for manipulation and it seems like that’s what happened here

She leaves you on read and can claim she’s busy when she doesn’t respond. When you decide to end things now you’re at fault because you expect a reasonable amount of communication.

This is one of the reasons I got rid of my min age limit when dating because a 27 year old can be just as immature as a 20 year old
