Yea you did choke. Basically last minute resistance, pretty common with girls with not wanting to feel slutty or wanting to know the guy more. Should have called her out on her game and teased her about being sexual all night and now being too tired to have some private time between you two. If she's still saying no, then accept it like a man and say we will have to continue our encounter next time 😏. This continues to build the tension, and shows confidence because you aren't so thirsty and desperate you NEED to fuck her now just because she was flirting with you earlier. She wants it and you want it, knowing this fact, you should have supreme confidenfe and the upper hand to be in control of the situation.
All girls are different. Some will sleep on first date, some are hesitant but with if you play your cards right they will and some will not. Other times, logistics play a factor such as if it's too late and she got shit to do tmrw or if you can't get alone time or are too far away etc. Understand this and be flexible and use it to your advantage.
Live in the moment. Dont even think about dating right now. You haven't even fucked her yet, why are you thinking about whether or not you'd date her? One encounter is not enough to make that decision, nor should it be something you are even thinking about for someone you just met the night of.
Keep an open mind, make a decision about whether she's dating material or not AFTER you hook up, multiple times if necessary.

Thanks for the insight, I agree maybe I could’ve called her out for playing hard to get after all the outright dirty things she said to me lmao. Literally a guy and girl in our group turned around and stared at her after how freaky something she said was. I was just a bit drunk and didn’t want to be played the fool so I gave her an ultimatum. In hindsight I should’ve gave 1 more confident light hearted push and bowed out with the the number at worst.

If I were you I'd reach out to the mutual friend and secure the number if YOU still want more interactions with her. I personally find sexually open women hot. And the fact that she was openly sexual but then controlled herself at the end to deny you, rather seductive. And if you do get her number and go out, it can be a fun game where now it's your turn to subtly deny her sexually and purposely tease her and YOU get to choose when to fuck her. This will drive her nuts because she thought you were thirsty as fuck from last time, but now you are cool and collected. Any time a woman's assumptions are proven wrong, their emotions spike like crazy, which typically drives attraction.
And to be honest, it sounds like she would be fun and for you to get more experience with women, if that's what you are looking for of course. If you don't care then simply chalk it up as a learning experience for next time.
